Well how could it be genetic if the parents of a retarted child isn't retarted?

Perhaps, but a lot of people in the persons family down the line hadn't been retarted, it wouldn't make sense for the child to just turn out retarted.  We learned how people got disorders in Science class last year (7th grade)

Not really, I highly doubt being retarted is genetic.  I think that something wrong in the process of creating the baby happened.

yes, but in order for the retardation to happen, there has to be a mutation in the womb, so it's a combonation.
